Michael was excellent. Arrived early. Was very thorough and helpful and let me know what truly needs to be done in the spring. Have had on going issues with the unit in the attic not draining properly. The old company never mentioned that there are too many elbows in the drain line or that the pan should have a sensor that will automatically shut off the a/c when the water gets too high (it’s rained in the dining room 3 times), or that a condensation pump could be added to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Two Technicians came to the house because of a slow draining bath tub.I had put a lot of Liquid Plumber into the tub over several days. The tub drained normally today and they feel that it isOperating correctly. They gave me a quote to have drain snaked out if it becomes necessary. I was so impressed by their honesty.
