Our AC stopped blowing cold air so I scheduled an appointment online around dinner time. The next morning, technician Ed serviced our AC. Called Rudd plumbing with an overflowing & backed up toilet on a Sunday. Left a message to which they called me back within 10mins and said he could be at my house within 3 hrs as he was at another home working. I had a kitchen faucet that malfunctioned and made an appointment with Rudd. The plumber was able to resolve this issue quickly, which was a big relief to me. I asked if he could replace the drain in a bathroom sink,and he also did this job. Both fixtures work perfectly now. The plumber left both areas neat and clean.
