Tyler and his team worked diligently on the HVAC install at my home today. There was a team of four employees and all were very polite and respectful to me and also my home. They did a nice neat job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He showed me how to program the new thermostat and patiently answered my questions. What more could you ask for? They were all great from start to finish! *Marcus did the quality control check on my system installed a few weeks ago. He was very professional and polite. He was very detailed in his questions and very thorough in checking the system. He even went through the thermostat schedule setup with me. Great job Marcus!

I had my first home plumbing inspection done this past Monday and was impressed by how thorough the inspection was and how knowledgeable the technicians were. Seth & John showed up on time and were very helpful in explaining everything they were going to do and why it needed to be done. They even went in the crawl space to check for any leaks or damage. At the conclusion I was provided with a report & pictures of any issues found. I trust Rudd to keep my home in the best working condition and would not even consider working with anyone else. All of their staff, from the office personnel to their technicians, have always been very professional & know their business.

5 stars!!! Excellent, professional and thorough service!!! Made online appt. with Rudd for heater unit problem. Technician Marcus arrived and was top notch. Very knowledgeable and informative, checked/tested everything from A to Z, diagnosed the problem and then explained to us in detail what was going on which turned out to be a operating issue with us. Rudd/Marcus is an honest company and did not try fix something that wasn't broke. We signed a annual inspection service contract with them on the spot!

I’m repeating some of this because 2 different technician’s came to the house. Got to hand it to Rudd Heating Air Plumbing. Called one day and they were here the next day. Jessie was a pro came in booted up and troubleshot an corrected problem with A/C unit. Throughly inspected both units. Pointed out some things I should look out for in the future. What needs my attention in the near future. Professional. They take pics of everything and explains what’s right an what was fixed. I was shown an estimate for future work to be completed. Our AC went out last night after hours. I was able to text Rudd Heating and Air and got a fast response. Rudd sent Ed Casey to check the system. Ed has serviced our system in the past, and is always knowledgeable about the system. He was able to diagnose the problem and get an order in for the part.
