In the past 2 weeks I had full duct replacement and new AC put in. The sales and technicians explained all issues and the plans for replacement and went above and beyond what was expected in both cases.Update 1:Technician Josh Hood came by for a full HVAC inspection. Was very thorough and went above and beyond explaining each step of the process and giving advise on how to keep the system running smoothly and efficiently.Update 2:Technician Jeremy Lindsay came by for a full house plumbing inspection. Along with checking everything required of him, he also fixed a couple small issues that needed correction. He went above and beyond a simple inspection and explained all issues that were a current problem or a future problem and went over the steps that would be needed to correct.Def recommend everyone at Rudd!

RUDD HVAC is awesome. I went by reviews and had another company tell me yesterday that a new drain line must be installed out my attic for $1650 (No other townhome in this 388 home community has had to do this). I sought a 2nd opinion with RUDD and he found 2 obvious mechanical problems in the attic which the tech yesterday should have seen immediately!!! (the fix was MUCH less). RUDD will now be my go-to HVAC company.
