Ola did a great job on our HVAC maintenance today. Things were mostly good with both systems besides one drain line needing attention and he got it cleared before anything could happen down the road. RUDD HVAC is awesome. I went by reviews and had another company tell me yesterday that a new drain line must be installed out my attic for $1650 (No other townhome in this 388 home community has had to do this). I sought a 2nd opinion with RUDD and he found 2 obvious mechanical problems in the attic which the tech yesterday should have seen immediately!!! (the fix was MUCH less). RUDD will now be my go-to HVAC company.
