I had my first home plumbing inspection done this past Monday and was impressed by how thorough the inspection was and how knowledgeable the technicians were. Seth & John showed up on time and were very helpful in explaining everything they were going to do and why it needed to be done. They even went in the crawl space to check for any leaks or damage. At the conclusion I was provided with a report & pictures of any issues found. I trust Rudd to keep my home in the best working condition and would not even consider working with anyone else. All of their staff, from the office personnel to their technicians, have always been very professional & know their business.
5 stars!!! Excellent, professional and thorough service!!! Made online appt. with Rudd for heater unit problem. Technician Marcus arrived and was top notch. Very knowledgeable and informative, checked/tested everything from A to Z, diagnosed the problem and then explained to us in detail what was going on which turned out to be a operating issue with us. Rudd/Marcus is an honest company and did not try fix something that wasn't broke. We signed a annual inspection service contract with them on the spot!
The technician came out for a tankless water heater flush. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. Our technician was Daniel Gregory and we would be glad to have him back next time.

Shawn Swain, Sr. Licensed Plumber, Must be Highly Recommended for his recent toilet repair at our residence!Before any work was started, Shawn reviewed separate cost options for us to consider for a job that could not be fully evaluated without it being removed in order to identify the initial problem . His patience and honesty led to our decision of having him uninstall the toilet and mount it correctly with a new flange, bolts and adhesive for a more secure and stable unit. Ola: He has great customer relations skills.He reviewed, in easy to understand language and pictures, why my 16 yr old unit was no longer heating. After he explained Rudd’s method of quality control, I have confidence I will receive excellent service and the best product to solve my HVAC problem. Ola found the problem quickly and then took the time to explain how he could simplify the thermostat. He them customized it to my specifications and explained how to override & make adjustments if necessary.
I’m repeating some of this because 2 different technician’s came to the house. Got to hand it to Rudd Heating Air Plumbing. Called one day and they were here the next day. Jessie was a pro came in booted up and troubleshot an corrected problem with A/C unit. Throughly inspected both units. Pointed out some things I should look out for in the future. What needs my attention in the near future. Professional. They take pics of everything and explains what’s right an what was fixed. I was shown an estimate for future work to be completed. I’m a new customer and if this is the way they work plan on me being a long term customer. Thank you for pease of mind.
Our AC went out last night after hours. I was able to text Rudd Heating and Air and got a fast response. Rudd sent Ed Casey to check the system. Ed has serviced our system in the past, and is always knowledgeable about the system. He was able to diagnose the problem and get an order in for the part. I don't trust my system with anyone else, but Rudd.
Extremely fair pricing and reliable service. Happy to have found Rudd- wish I had found them years ago instead of some of the other companies in town that take advantage of people.
Tyler and his team worked diligently on the HVAC install at my home today. There was a team of four employees and all were very polite and respectful to me and also my home. They did a nice neat job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He showed me how to program the new thermostat and patiently answered my questions. What more could you ask for? They were all great from start to finish!

Pipe broke in pump house, called them and had them out here in 2 HR'S. There van was loaded with fittings. The repair's done they cleaned up after themselves, very professional group.

Great service. Mr. Jeremy was on time, polite, and patient. The alert text I received that let me know he was on the way was convenient too. Leaky plumbing is stressful and appreciated the response time, his explanation of the problem and his advise for future maintenance. Overall my experience was low stress, quick, and appropriately priced. 10/10. Would recommend.
Alex Withrow was on time, professional and very informative. He was also thorough and very courteous!!Alex showed me and emailed me Pictures of my readings on everything he checked on the gas heating unit and air handler!!
