Michael was excellent. Arrived early. Was very thorough and helpful and let me know what truly needs to be done in the spring. Have had on going issues with the unit in the attic not draining properly. The old company never mentioned that there are too many elbows in the drain line or that the pan should have a sensor that will automatically shut off the a/c when the water gets too high (it’s rained in the dining room 3 times), or that a condensation pump could be added to ensure it doesn’t happen again. This right here is why Rudd will be the only company I call. I have a maintenance contract with them. You should too!Very happy and would highly recommend Rudd. Thanks again.

I have used Rudd for both plumbing and HVAC services and highly recommend them. I also have their maintenance plan which covers two seasonal check-ups for your HVAC system which has been great in preventing problems! Had my season HVAC check last week, then this week sprung a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink before the cut-off! Plumber Danny was there first thing and promptly fixed the problem so quickly, what a relief and what a great company!
I've used Rudd for both HVAC and Plumbing services, and I find them to be absolutely fantastic. Every employee has been friendly and informative, specifically Brandon on the HVAC team and Jeremy, Shaun, Adam, and Jayce on the plumbing team who triaged my old sewer line and installed my brand new one! The scheduling staff is excellent and always sending helpful reminders. Technicians have always shown up on time and their prices are fair for the market conditions.

Two Technicians came to the house because of a slow draining bath tub.I had put a lot of Liquid Plumber into the tub over several days. The tub drained normally today and they feel that it isOperating correctly. They gave me a quote to have drain snaked out if it becomes necessary. I was so impressed by their honesty. They were trying to do the right thing by me and I was delighted by their professionalism and honesty. They could have made a different assessment and I would not have known the difference.Will definitely use them in the future if needed.
Sean Runge and team did a great job today replacing our AC and furnace system. They were clean and efficient throughout the job and made sure we were informed of any issues they encountered.

We had a new unit and duct work installed by Rudd and have been pleased ever since. Ola came out for a minor issue which was environmental from construction and he educated us on what we need to do moving forward to protect our unit. He was thorough, detailed, took his time and was beyond pleasant. We highly recommend Rudd (and Ola) for honesty and quality! We will only use Rudd!
Jeremy came to find out why our Tankless Water heater was not working. After a quick analysis he was able to find the problem with a bad wire. Unit fixed. Had him flush it while he was here. Great work. Good representative for Rudd Plumbing. So glad we changed from another company to Rudd with employees like Jeremy.
Rudd Plumbing and Heating Company was quick to respond to our request for plumbing assistance. Adam was sent to our house and arrived right on time. He was extremely professional and courteous, and clearly explained all our options. We will definitely call them for service next time we need help.We had another occasion yesterday (11/16/22) for a plumbing repair call and we did not hesitate to reach out to Rudd. Once again, Rudd responded to our request with a same-day appointment. The technician (Shaun) was extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We had an issue with our AC and they were able to come out the same day and repair it! They were very efficient and thorough! Their customer service was amazing from the friendly representative who answered the phone, Ashlynn, to our amazing Tech, Josh H. We also received a text message before our Tech's arrival with his picture, so we would know who was coming to our house.Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely earned our future business as well as our father-in-laws. Great service overall. Had my A.C. stop working and they were able to fix quickly. Ok pricing on service but they recommended the maintenance plan which saved me money on visit. If you have a maintenance type problem, that will help the cost.
