Our experience with Rudd was great. Rob was very patient in working through the options and giving us the confidence to proceed with Rudd to install a new hvac system. The office were very thorough and contacted us several times to coordinate scheduling, reminders, access etc. On the day of install Dakota and Fabian were exceptional. They took time to periodically update us on progress, and then once the system was installed, walk us through everything. They tidied up everything before they left, and it was so clean, you couldn’t tell that any work had been done.
