Called Rudd on Saturday to schedule service on AC, they sent a service tech on Sunday morning to assess the issue. Josh was very professional and explained the problem and options. He was very personable and made sure my questions were answered and he sent request for follow-up appointment to further discuss options and costs with an associate on Monday. I am very pleased with the quick response from Rudd and the honest assessment Josh provided.
The Rudd technician, Eric D’Argo arrived as scheduled. Before providing any recommendations, he evaluated the situation and located multiple water leaks coming from the hot water tank. Repair was possible but I preferred replacement. Mr. D’Argo was very thorough in his explanation of available options. I was already leaning towards a tankless system and after working up a couple of estimates, I settled on the tankless system. I was impressed with Mr. D’Argo’s professionalism, knowledge, and detailed explanation.
Sean and Patrick did a wonderful job. We’re very courteous and thorough. They laid down protection on our floors and over all of our clothes in the closet prior to starting work. We couldn’t be happier.
Our bathroom faucet, right side handle, was leaking at the base of the handle, and leaked under the sink. We couldn’t figure out the repair ourselves. Our technician, Shaun Swain, arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem and explained thoroughly the solution; and he replaced the cartridge (caused the leak). He removed the faucet, so he could dry the countertop to prevent mold from forming. He also advised us to get additional cartridges from Moen directly; they guarantee their products for life and would give us free cartridges for future issues we might have with 13 year old fixtures that might have worn out cartridges. The bathroom was neat and tidy when he was finished. I also appreciated the “paper booties” over his work boots ! Thank you Shaun!!

I had an amazing experience with Rudd Plumbing. From the friendly and helpful office staff who helped me set up a quote and install, to the installer Seth McAuley who did a fantastic job installing my new water heater and answered all my questions, everything was top-notch. The entire experience was great. When I was looking for a plumber, I checked out the Google reviews, and the only negative ones I could find were people complaining about the price. But guess what? They charged me exactly what they quoted me, so there were no surprises. The cost was a bit more than I was expecting, but unfortunately, everything these days costs more. I was given an accurate quote and agreed to it.
