We had an emergency Sat night and called and Rudd plumbing sent out a technician first thing Sunday morning! Seth came out and was AMAZING. He was very nice and quickly fixed the problem and even cleaned up spotless after himself. On top of all of that, the price they billed us was very reasonable for the mess he had to deal with! He was painstaking in troubleshooting the problem with our heating but finally traced it to a circuit board with an open. Then he came to us with a clear explanation of what he had found. We had a thousand questions and he answered each one patiently and clearly.

Our experience with Rudd was great. Rob was very patient in working through the options and giving us the confidence to proceed with Rudd to install a new hvac system. The office were very thorough and contacted us several times to coordinate scheduling, reminders, access etc. On the day of install Dakota and Fabian were exceptional. They took time to periodically update us on progress, and then once the system was installed, walk us through everything. They tidied up everything before they left, and it was so clean, you couldn’t tell that any work had been done. They thoroughly tested everything and showed us all the results and pictures, making sure we were very completely satisfied before they left. Absolutely professionals. Highly recommend.
