Rudd techs are so experienced & polite! Last year Rudd saved me $1700 when another company advised unnecessary HVAC work. This year Michael was awesome when he saw water leaking from my tankless water heater and called his office. I am now waiting for this tech to provide the same great service. I have used several HVAC companies and by far Rudd is the only one I use now.

HVAC Technician Marcus McPherson was such a good communicator explaining with photos, and so personable at winter check, that we asked for him specifically for a problem our smart thermostat alerted us to. Our experience with Rudd was great. Rob was very patient in working through the options and giving us the confidence to proceed with Rudd to install a new hvac system. The office were very thorough and contacted us several times to coordinate scheduling, reminders, access etc. On the day of install Dakota and Fabian were exceptional. They took time to periodically update us on progress, and then once the system was installed, walk us through everything. They tidied up everything before they left, and it was so clean, you couldn’t tell that any work had been done. They thoroughly tested everything and showed us all the results and pictures, making sure we were very completely satisfied before they left. Absolutely professionals. Highly recommend.

Follow up : Josh came out to do post install complementary inspection. He was extremely thorough, found a couple of items that needed adjusted. So glad they offered this, and would recommend both Rudd and Josh.

The whole team was super responsive and timely. Marcus arrived with a positive attitude and was super personable. He walked me through all the steps he was taking to fix the unit and restore the heat. He worked quickly and efficiently to complete the task at hand. Unfortunately the unit required a new board that was not available on the truck same day but I was assured the reschedule would be prompt and most likely next day.
