Had an old HVAC package system and duct work removed and a new package system and new duct work installed. All there techs were great especially Dakota and Tyler, they answered all my annoying questions without hesitation. They informed me on every step and cleaned everything up thoroughly. I also have to give Nathan a big shout-out also because he helped me out tremendously on my decision, due to the fact this is a second home and I was in a different state through the initial steps of the process. I had an excellent experience with Rudd today. That was due to the technician, Michael, who came to the house. Michael really took the time to check out the entire HVAC system and explaining everything as he went along. At the end he did a recap of what he found, what things I needed to keep an eye on and his recommendations moving forward. Michael was very professional as well as personal. Thanks for everything.

He took his time explaining the problem with the overflow works in my tub and offered me some different options to fix it He could have given me a very expensive solution to a minor problem, but he didn’t.
