Danny was the service agent that came by. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent! His demeanor was very pleasant and he even provided a contact to repair the Sheetrock that had to be cute to assess the problem. By doing so, he saved us a small fortune because he found there were no leaks and what looked like a leak was actually something that happened long ago, but just recently became evident. Alex Withrow was extremely friendly and professional. Our system had an error code, and the AC portion would not work. Alex came out and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the faulty part. When the part came in, there were some technical difficulties in getting the system back working, but Alex was AMAZING, and did not give up. My system is back working again. I highly recommend Rudd for new system installations and for service to existing systems!. Again, thanks especially to Alex Withrow.

Brandon Hatfield from Rudd heating and Air provided a thorough diagnostic report for out Carrier heating system. We asked for solutions that could mitigate noise and vibration from the Carrier gas burner and heat exchanger. He offered several options with realistic results. Brandon explained the operation and maintenance of the entire HVAC. Rudd is a quality and trustworthy company and I will have them install vibration isolation pads on the attic air handler.
