Rudd Plumbing and Heating Company was quick to respond to our request for plumbing assistance. Adam was sent to our house and arrived right on time. He was extremely professional and courteous, and clearly explained all our options. We will definitely call them for service next time we need help.We had another occasion yesterday (11/16/22) for a plumbing repair call and we did not hesitate to reach out to Rudd. Once again, Rudd responded to our request with a same-day appointment. The technician (Shaun) was extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. He determined the problem immediately and suggested a course of action. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Danny was the service agent that came by. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent! His demeanor was very pleasant and he even provided a contact to repair the Sheetrock that had to be cute to assess the problem. By doing so, he saved us a small fortune because he found there were no leaks and what looked like a leak was actually something that happened long ago, but just recently became evident. Alex Withrow was extremely friendly and professional. Our system had an error code, and the AC portion would not work. Alex came out and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the faulty part. When the part came in, there were some technical difficulties in getting the system back working, but Alex was AMAZING, and did not give up. My system is back working again. I highly recommend Rudd for new system installations and for service to existing systems!. Again, thanks especially to Alex Withrow.

Shaun did a great job helping replace my water heater. He made everything very easy for a new homeowner and talked me about the whole process so I wouldn't be surprised.
